You trust in God (1 Pet 1:21)

“Through Christ,

You have come

To trust

In God,

Who raised him

From the dead

And gave him glory.

Thus,

Your faith

And hope

Are set

On God.”

τοὺς δι’ αὐτοῦ πιστοὺς εἰς Θεὸν τὸν ἐγείραντα αὐτὸν ἐκ νεκρῶν καὶ δόξαν αὐτῷ δόντα, ὥστε τὴν πίστιν ὑμῶν καὶ ἐλπίδα εἶναι εἰς Θεόν.

This author said “Through Christ (τοὺς δι’), you have come to trust (αὐτοῦ πιστοὺς) in God (εἰς Θεὸν), who raised him (τὸν ἐγείραντα αὐτὸν) from the dead (ἐκ νεκρῶν) and gave him (αὐτῷ δόντα) glory (καὶ δόξαν).  Thus, your faith (ὥστε τὴν πίστιν ὑμῶν) and hope (καὶ ἐλπίδα) are set on God (εἶναι εἰς Θεόν).”  This author indicated they have set their faith and hope in God through Jesus Christ.  They have come to believe and trust in God because God the Father has raised up Jesus Christ from the dead.  He has given Jesus divine glory so that Jesus is the reason for their trust in God.  Jesus Christ lives in his glorious resurrection.  Therefore, you can have hope and have faith in God, the Father.  Do you have hope and faith in God?
