Poverty and riches (chapter 1)

James said that the lowly believer should boast in being raised up.  The rich will be brought low and disappear like a flower in the field.  The heat of the sun will rise up on the flowers, so that they will wither in the field.  Then the flowers will fall and loses their beauty.  It is the same with the rich.  In the midst of a busy life, they will wither away also.  Do you see riches as flowers in the field that look good for a short time and then fade away?
