I love you (2 Cor. 11:11)

“Why?

Because I do not love you?

God knows I do!”

διὰ τί; ὅτι οὐκ ἀγαπῶ ὑμᾶς; ὁ Θεὸς οἶδεν.

Paul asked, “Why (διὰ τί)?  Because I do not love you (ὅτι οὐκ ἀγαπῶ ὑμᾶς)?  God knows I do (ὁ Θεὸς οἶδεν)!”  Paul asked them a question.  Why were they questioning him?  Did they think that he did not love them, the Corinthians?  Paul proclaimed that even God knows that he loved them.  Paul was forceful in this sarcastic question.  Has anyone ever questioned your love for them?
