“Again,
It is said.
‘Rejoice!
O gentiles!
With his people!’”
καὶ πάλιν λέγει Εὐφράνθητε, ἔθνη, μετὰ τοῦ λαοῦ αὐτοῦ.
Paul said that again (καὶ πάλιν λέγει). “Rejoice (Εὐφράνθητε)! O gentiles (ἔθνη)! with his people (μετὰ τοῦ λαοῦ αὐτοῦ)!” This time Paul cited Deuteronomy, chapter 32:43, from the Song of Moses that ended with this phrase. “Praise, O heavens, his people, worship him, all you divine beings!” Everyone should worship Yahweh. Paul indicated that gentiles, the non-Jewish people, should also rejoice with God’s people, the Hebrews. He cited a verse from the Jewish Torah, that everything and everyone should rejoice and praise God. Do you believe that everyone should praise God?
