The Messiah comes from the Israelites (Rom 9:5)

“To the Israelites

Belong

The patriarchs.

From the Israelites,

According to the flesh,

Comes the Messiah Christ,

Who is over all.

God blessed them forever.

Amen.”

Paul said the Israelites have the patriarchs (ὧν οἱ πατέρες).  The Messiah Christ (ὁ Χριστὸς), according to the flesh (τὸ κατὰ σάρκα), who is over all people (ὁ ὢν ἐπὶ πάντων), came from them (καὶ ἐξ ὧν).  God (Θεὸς) blessed them (εὐλογητὸς εἰς τοὺς) forever (αἰῶνας).  Amen (ἀμήν).  Paul indicated that the Israelites had the patriarchs.  The Messiah, the anointed one, the Christ, who rules all people, came from the Israelites, according to the fleshy human condition.  Jesus Christ was an Israelite in his human nature.  Thus, God has blessed the Israelites for eternity.  Thus, using the great Hebrew “Amen”, Paul said that this is so, and there could not be any denying it.  The Israelites would be eternally blessed.  Do you believe that the Jewish Israelites are eternally blessed?
