They all got up (Acts 26:30)

“Then the king got up,

With the governor

And Bernice,

And those who were sitting

With them.”

Ἀνέστη τε ὁ βασιλεὺς καὶ ὁ ἡγεμὼν ἥ τε Βερνίκη καὶ οἱ συνκαθήμενοι αὐτοῖς,

The author of Acts indicated that then the king (ὁ βασιλεὺς) got up (Ἀνέστη τε), with the governor (καὶ ὁ ἡγεμὼν ἥ) and Bernice (τε Βερνίκη), and those who were sitting with them (καὶ οἱ συνκαθήμενοι αὐτοῖς).  They all left.  This hearing was over.  They did not like Paul’s call to Christianity.  Has someone ever asked you to become a Christian?
