Paul made a public announcement about his purification (Acts 21:26)

“Then Paul took

The men.

The next day,

He purified himself

With them.

He went

Into the Temple.

He made public

The completion

Of the days of purification

When the sacrifice

Would be made

For each of them.”

The author of Acts indicated that then Paul (τότε ὁ Παῦλος) took (παραλαβὼν) the four men (τοὺς ἄνδρας).  The next day (τῇ ἐχομένῃ ἡμέρᾳ), he purified himself (ἁγνισθεὶς) with them (σὺν αὐτοῖς).  He went into (εἰσῄει) the Temple (εἰς τὸ ἱερόν).  He made public or declared (διαγγέλλων) the completion (τὴν ἐκπλήρωσιν) of the days of purification (ἡμερῶν τοῦ ἁγνισμοῦ).  Thus, the sacrifice or offering (ἡ προσφορά) would be made or sacrificed there (ἕως οὗ προσηνέχθη) for each of them (ὑπὲρ ἑνὸς ἑκάστου αὐτῶν).  Acts was the only Greek biblical writing that used this word ἐκπλήρωσιν, that means a completion, a fulfillment, or an accomplishment.  Paul took the four men into the Temple.  All four of them purified themselves there.  Then Paul declared that they had finished their purification so that he was going to make the sacrifices or offerings for them.  Paul was being a real faithful Jew.  Are you faithful to your religious beliefs and practices?
