They know you are here (Acts 21:22)

“What then is to be done?

They will certainly hear

That you have come here.”

τί οὖν ἐστιν; πάντως ἀκούσονται ὅτι ἐλήλυθας.

The author of Acts indicated that James and the other Jerusalem presbyters or elders wanted to know what could be done (τί οὖν ἐστιν).  All the Jewish Christians would certainly hear (πάντως ἀκούσονται) that Paul was in Jerusalem (ὅτι ἐλήλυθας).  Now this group of Jewish Jerusalem Christians asked a question about what to do about the false teachings surrounding Paul.  They warned Paul that everyone knew that he was in town.  Have people been out to get you?
