Come to me! (Jn 6:37-6:37)

That the Father

Gives me,

Will come

To me.

Anyone who comes

To me,

I will never

Drive away.”

Πᾶν ὃ δίδωσίν μοι ὁ Πατὴρ πρὸς ἐμὲ ἥξει, καὶ τὸν ἐρχόμενον πρός με οὐ μὴ ἐκβάλω ἔξω,

John uniquely indicated that Jesus continued with his bread of life discourse, even though it was not in the other canonical synoptic gospels.  Jesus said that everything (Πᾶν) that the Father (ὁ Πατὴρ) gave him (ὃ δίδωσίν μοι) would come to him (πρὸς ἐμὲ ἥξει).  Thus, anyone who came to him (καὶ τὸν ἐρχόμενον πρός με), he would never drive away, banish, or cast out (οὐ μὴ ἐκβάλω ἔξω).  Everything that the Father had, Jesus also had.  Anyone who came to Jesus would never be abandoned by him.  He would never cast them out.  This coming to Jesus was belief in Jesus.  Those who believed in him, would never have the problem of being left out.  Do you believe in the abundance of life in Jesus?
