“Have we not all one father?
Has not one God created us?
Why then are we faithless
To one another?
Why then are we profaning
The covenant of our ancestors?”
Yahweh, via Malachi, asked some basic questions. Did we not have one father? Do we not have one creator God? Why are we then unfaithful to one another? Why are we profaning the covenant of our ancestors?
