Restore us (Ps 80:7-80:7)

“Restore us!

O God!

Let your face shine!

Thus we may be saved!”

This is the 2nd of the 3 times that this refrain is in this psalm. The psalmist wanted northern Israel to be restored. He wanted the face of God to shine on them. He wanted God to save them.
